Ivy Fairchild 

Ivy Fairchild is the chief development officer at Urban Health Plan, Inc., where she is responsible for fundraising, communications, marketing and external relations. Prior to joining UHP, Ms. Fairchild was the director of external affairs and development at the Primary Care Development Corporation and associate vice president of government and community affairs at Columbia University Medical Center. Ms. Fairchild has a Bachelor's degree from Queens College and graduate degrees from Columbia University Teachers College and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.  She is the proud mom of four children, James, Tyler, Brandon and Bianca.

Alida Quinones-Reyes

Alida Quinones-Reyes has been working at Morris Heights Health Center for close to 30 years. She has held various positions in Social Services, Operations, Customer Service, HIV Counseling, Health Education, and Marketing. This comprehensive background has prepared and propelled Ms. Quinones-Reyes to the level of senior management as the Vice President for Community Based Services, a division created in 2001 to consolidate the myriad outreach and homebound programs. Through her leadership, this division offers several award-winning programs, including Facilitated Enrollment, School Health, Healthy Families, Community Health Worker Program and a WIC Program. Ms. Quinones-Reyes has been credited with the development of the Walton Avenue Health Center and the Health Connections sites. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and has a Master's in Public Health. 

Hal Strelnick, M.D.

Alvin (Hal) H. Strelnick, M.D., Professor of Clinical Family and Social Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is Director and founder of the Institute for Community and Collaborative Health and Hispanic Center of Excellence (HCOE), and Principal Investigator of the NIH-funded Bronx Center to Reduce and Eliminate Ethnic and Racial Health Disparities (Bronx CREED) and South Bronx Environmental Justice Partnership.  He serves as Community Engagement Core Director for the Einstein-Montefiore Institute for Clinical and Translational Research and Director of the Bronx-Einstein Alliance for Tobacco-Free Health (Bronx BREATHES), a NYSDOH-funded tobacco cessation training center.  In addition, he holds adjunct appointments at the Columbia University Schools of Public Health and City University of New York Medical School. Since 1978, Dr. Strelnick has practiced clinical and social medicine in the Bronx and Yonkers, and has dedicated his career to community and minority health and health disparities.

Nicole Hollingsworth


Nicole Hollingsworth, MA, CHES, EdD (c.), is a Certified Health Education Specialist based in the New York metropolitan area. As the Director of Patient Health Education & Community Health and the Associate Director of the Office of Community Health at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, she oversees the creation and implementation of patient education systems, senior citizen community-based interventions, inpatient network television services, and community health services. For over 20 years, she has specialized in the development of community health programs designed to create behavior change and increase knowledge in hard-to-reach populations. Ms. Hollingsworth received her undergraduate preparation at Cornell University in Health Education and her Masters from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is currently receiving Doctoral preparation at Teachers College, Columbia University in Health Education and Behavior Studies. 

Melissa Cebollero

Melissa Cebollero is the Director of Health and Human Services for the Office of the Bronx Borough President, Ruben Diaz Jr. She is a member of the management staff advising on office initiatives, policy, legislation and day-to-day operations relating to health and other social factors. Ms. Cebollero represents the Borough President on numerous health and human services-related boards, councils, committees, and advisory groups. Ms Cebollero is also directly responsible for the Borough President's Domestic Violence Initiatives.  She also served the administration of Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion Jr. Ms. Cebollero is a graduate of Fordham University and lives in the Bronx with her partner, Ruben, and their two daughters. 

Eleanor Larrier

Eleanor Larrier has served as executive director of Bronx Community Health Network for the past 10 years. Ms. Larrier is a skilled planner, administrator and team builder, with 32 years of health care experience ranging from organizational development of community based organizations, program
development and facilities planning and administration of hospital acute and ambulatory care services. She served as Associate Executive Director, successively for the Departments of Planning, Clinical Inpatient Care Services and Ambulatory Care at Harlem Hospital Center, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. She holds an M.P.A. Degree in Health Policy, Planning and Administration from New York University, Wagner School of Public Administration. Ms. Larrier is a member of the Advisory Committee for Lehman College's Graduate Program in Public Health. Active in her church, she is the founder/director of Cultural Expressions through Dance Music Art (CEDMA), a dynamic program for children that teaches respect and understanding for all peoples through these media.
