Felix A. Urrutia Jr.
Executive Director
Felix Urrutia joined The Bronx Health Link team in September 2012 with 22 years of non-profit management and government experience in service to diverse New York City communities. He started his career in the Bronx and worked for such organizations as The Bronx Venture Corporation, The Bronx Council on the Arts, The Bronx District Attorney's Office, and most notably, the New South Bronx Police Athletic League. Felix also led New York City's Police Athletic League, one of the country's largest youth development agencies, as its executive director for five years. He holds a master's in Urban Affairs from Hunter College and completed the Executive Program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business, Institute for Not-for-Profit Management. As a lifelong Mets fan, Felix sometimes finds it difficult working in the shadow of Yankee Stadium but can't help but to be inspired by the history and magic of The Bronx.

Robert Lederer
Director of Research, Policy and Advocacy
Bob Lederer leads the agency's community-based research, and report-writing, including coordinating a borough-wide Community Health Needs Assessment based on broad input from providers and consumers. He also helps organize TBHL's conferences and trainings, and works with other staff to develop policy recommendations and carry out advocacy efforts to improve healthcare access and health outcomes. Bob has worked as a public health journalist, advocate and activist for more than 20 years – including as a co-host of a program on health issues at noncommercial WBAI Radio, 99.5 FM. He was formerly a Senior Editor at POZ (the national magazine about HIV/AIDS), a longtime volunteer project coordinator with ACT UP (AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power), and a co-founder of Health GAP (Global Access Project) that has helped greatly expand AIDS treatment access in poor countries. Bob is passionate about working for social justice and health equity, and also enjoys sharing the latest research about whole foods and alternative/complementary medicine.
Noel B. Marrero
Coordinator of Health Education & Outreach/Health Educator
Noel Marrero does administrative coordination for the agency's work on the Bronx Comprehensive Perinatal-Prenatal Services Network. He also gives health workshops in Spanish and English on various topics related to maternal and infant health. His special area of expertise is nutrition and dietary education, and he also is a skilled in computer maintenance. Noel received a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from CUNY's Hunter College in 2011. Prior to his involvement with TBHL, Noel worked for the City Parks Foundation for three years as a children's tennis coach.
Yanil Rodriguez
Coordinator of Health Education & Outreach/Health Educator
Yanil Rodriguez is our most recent TBHL arrival. She does workshops in Spanish and English on various maternal and infant health topics, as well as on Medicaid and Medicare for the Community Health Advocate program. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion from CUNY Lehman College in May 2012. Before coming to TBHL, Yanil interned at the McBurney YMCA in Chelsea, where she helped coordinate a family event for Healthy Kids Day, among other things. She has always enjoyed teaching and loves educating the community on various health topics. Her future goal is to obtain a Master's in Public Health and to grow in her field.
Luisa Solis
Coordinator of Health Education and Outreach

Luisa Solis provides technical assistance for Bronx community-based organizations and coordinates coalition meetings and trainings under the City Council's Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative and the State Health Department's Comprehensive Prenatal-Perinatal Services Network. She also manages TBHL's health education calendar, including its workshops on a broad array of health topics, and works as a bilingual referral specialist. She has been trained in Sudden Unexpected Infant Death and breastfeeding education. Cooking and catering are favorite pastimes.
Francisco Martin Del Campo
Community Health Organizer/Health Educator

Francisco Martin del Campo is the coordinator of the Bronx Community Research Review Board, a body developed by TBHL. This includes documenting the board's process and progress. In 2011 he received his B.A. in U.S. History and Anthropology from Columbia University, where he also studied public health. Before joining TBHL, Francisco worked as a mentor in an elementary after-school program in his hometown of Oakland, CA, and as an outreach supervisor at a San Francisco youth services organization. While at Columbia, he organized around social justice issues, such as the university's expansion plans, immigrant rights, and the right to health care. In his spare time, Francisco enjoys reading and playing basketball
Corinne Cucchiara

Corinne Cucchiara comes to TBHL with over 15 years of administrative experience. She has worked for the New York City Transit Authority as a timekeeper/ administrative associate and also for the Veteran Affairs Medical Center as secretary to the Associate Chief of Staff. She is responsible for overseeing all office operations and administrative projects. Corinne is passionate about advocating for people who require help to meet their basic needs.
Devon Hallman
Business Manager

Devon Hallman is responsible for payroll and other fiscal tasks. She came to TBHL with 9 years of experience as a bookkeeper, including at the Harlem YMCA and Leggett Daycare. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting and hopes to be a CPA one day. Devon works part-time so she can dedicate herself to her son and her family.
