Prenatal Care Assistance Program
(PCAP)
PCAP provides routine pregnancy care including lab work and access to specialists, hospital care including labor & delivery, health education, HIV counseling & testing, referral to the WIC program, health care for the mom up to two months after birth, health care for the baby up to one year after birth, family planning, and more!
Women, Infants & Children
(WIC)
WIC provides income eligible pregnant and breastfeeding women and children up to age 5 with predetermined supplemental foods, breastfeeding education, nutritional education and counseling and coordinated health care and social services.

Referrals for woman of childbearing age for:
Prenatal care, medical care, medical insurance (with the assistance of outreach workers-clients are provided with transportation and lunch), counseling, domestic violence shelters, support groups, mental health services, detox, rehabilitation, and harm reduction.
The NYC Satellite Office provides comprehensive professional support to families whose infant dies suddenly and unexpectedly of any cause.
The office offers educations programs to professionals and the community at large to increase public awareness and knowledge about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), infant mortality and risk reduction. Services are offered citywide and are free of charge.
